Customers will need to provide 24 hrs or more notice to transfer a booking to an alternative date and time by calling ;

Pay & Play Cancellations will need to be provided 24 hrs prior to the event, failure to provide 24 hrs notice will result in the full activity fee being forfeited.
Booking transfers cannot be conducted online, for all booking transfer enquiries please call our administrator on;

Please check all the activities age requirements, incorrect bookings will result in the activity and activity fee being forfeited.
Bespoke / Group /Birthday Parties: Booking cancellations should be made in writing not less than 7 days prior to the booking.
In the event of the activity being cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, customers will be entitled to transfer their booking to an alternative day or time subject to availability. Should the activity be unavailable the customer will be entitled to a full refund.
If a cancellation has been made outside of the timescales stated, Outdoor Revolution reserves the right to charge the fee or part thereof.
Outdoor Revolution will only cancel in extreme weather conditions; we still operate safely in wet weather.
Outdoor Revolution reserves the right to make this judgement in line with all our Health & Safety procedures.
You are advised to arrive on time in the correct clothing and footwear prior to your activity, this is to enable us to conduct our Health & Safety briefing, failure to arrive on time for this briefing and the activity will result in the activity and fee being forfeited due to our staffing operational procedures.
